Summary

Adds v0.6.6-rc20 (status next) to roadmap.json for the Day-Planner Heute-Screen UI shell that landed via the prior feat/day-planner-heute-ui merge.
Phase 5 (UI) of Epic Day-Planner complete; sibling phases (Planner v1/v2, Source-Done-Event-Bus per ADR 0001 §7) remain open — no close-keyword intended.

Test plan

python3 -m json.tool roadmap.json > /dev/null — JSON valid
Entry placed at top of releases[], matches the rc19 shape (tag/date/status/title/summary/highlights)
On tag-push, the gitea-release step will read this entry for release notes (per CLAUDE.md release process)
