Summary

Cuts rc21 with three Day-Planner UX fixes from rc20 device-validation:

  • #463 Empty-State + Onboarding-CTAs
  • #465 Refresh-on-Focus (Web + Mobile)
  • #461 Re-Plan-Bug: planToday() Wipe-and-Replan in DB-Transaktion

Roadmap entry added as status: next; flip to done nach Tag-Build.

Test plan

  • CI grün (typecheck, lint, unit, integration, version-sync)
  • Tag-Build erzeugt APK + Gitea-Release
  • Device-Validation der drei Fixes (Empty-State, Foreground-Refresh, Re-Plan)
